1977 Mercury Marquis Brougham 2-dr Hardtop. Incredible survivor with a documented 11,000 miles. Very original with the exception of the tires. 400 V8 with a 2bbl carb freshly rebuilt. 1 pump of the pedal and a quick flick of the ignition and she’s purring! Very loaded, with almost every option except for A/C. Power steering and power brakes are a must in a car this size. Undercoated when new and wearing 100% original paint from front to back. Optioned with full vinyl top, matching blue side moldings, courtesy lamps with timer and back-lit key holes on the doors! Besides a few small rock chips on the header panel, the exterior paint is amazing and will be polished soon. Interior is flawless. Just like stepping back in time to 1977. Absolutely everything works! Power seat, tilt, cruise all gauges, hide-away headlight doors, power locks and power windows, rear defrost, Quadrasonic 8-track player with AM, FM and working power antenna! The factory clock is even ticking. Absolutely perfect as new interior. Trunk boards are still all in place, even the fuel filler door still as the unleaded gas plastic reminder guard, which usually are long gone on cars this age. Build sheet, original bill of sale, owner’s manual package and brochures and a break down of all the options on the car come with it, along with receipts for work completed over the years, but really, there’s not much when the car has such low milage! Would be almost impossible to find a better example of this car anywhere on the planet!
