1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1. Incredible restoration with local history and rare as they come! This Mach has undergone an extensive restoration bringing it back to perfection! Every nut and bolt has been restored to better than factory. It was ordered and sold new at Sterling Motors in Moose Jaw SK and is true to it’s order sheet. Silver Jade green with the black-out hood treatment, White knit vinyl Mach 1 High back bucket seats, 3.25 traction-lock rear diff, a four-speed manual transmission and in this case a 390 big block 4-bbl V8! It was ordered with a block heater, visibility group, wide oval belted radials, power steering, power front disc brakes, AM radio, full tinted glass, heavy duty battery and front bumper guards (which are not installed at the moment). In fact, it’s the bumper guards that according to the included Marti report, make this car a 1 of 1, our of the 299,036 Mustangs produced that year! Hood treatment, chin spoiler and rear spoiler are all gloss on this example, which may be the only modification from factory, along with hood pins. Rear louvers have been added and look great. Factory Rally wheels are absolutely flawless. The underside is clean as a whistle and could be show using mirrors underneath at any car show. The interior is fantastically restored right back to showroom condition. Just 33,000 miles on the clock, but with only 5-digits on the odometer, true milage is unknown. Even the lap-tracking stop-watch style clock in front of the passenger is still keeping time and ticking! About the only things missing are the spare tire, tire iron and jack. There appears to be a Quick Fuel carb in place of the original on top of the Big Block 390. Restoration work is phenomenal and attention to detail spans the entire car, top to bottom, front to back. With the rarity of this Mach 1, and the local history in the province, this is one to take a serious look at for collectors.
