2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT. # 800 of 5651 made in 2007. Not a GT 350 or GT500, but these were specifically converted GTs sent to the Shelby factory when it was still in Las Vegas. The process involved taking a standard issue GT with the 4.6 Liter 2V V8, adding a 90 mm cold air intake, aggressive ECU tune, ford Racing performance mufflers and X-pipe, Hurst short throw shifter, race inspired twin tube strut tower brace, lowered ride height, stiffer springs and thicker ant-roll bars along with serialized dash plaque, custom floor mats, aluminum sill plates, billet style grille, riveted faux hood scoop, hood pins and was only available in black (with black wheels) or white (with bright face wheels) with silver metallic Le Mans stripes on either base color. The car was meant to be an affordable alternative to the GT350/500 while still being exclusive. This is particular example comes out of the US. The only modifications beyond stock on this one are the added spoiler, Borla exhaust, upgraded Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, added sound deadener to the trunk, and some dress up covers under the hood. The car now has 98,000 miles but is still in excellent condition. Everything is in working condition and the A/C blows ice cold. Lots of recent maintenance work has everything ready to roll for the next guy. We hope to get a quick polish on the black paint soon. Lots of nice options including Keyless entry, power locks, power windows, power driver’s seat, leather upholstery, leather wrapped tilt wheel, and cruise control. The owner’s manual is all together including the Shelby GT supplement specific to the car. There’s not spare tire, but that’s the way they came from the factory. Nice driving car with lots to offer!
